Sales Training Hub

This training space is designed to help Business Development Representatives understand what IGC does, identify good-fit event opportunities, start qualified conversations, and hand opportunities off clearly to the internal team.

The goal is not to become an expert in every part of IGC immediately. The goal is to learn enough to explain IGC clearly, recognize strong opportunities, ask the right questions, and bring IGC into conversations with the right planners, DMCs, agencies, venues, and corporate and personal contacts.

How to Use This Training

  1. Start with the required modules in order.

  2. Watch each video before reviewing the written notes.

  3. Complete the action item at the bottom of each page.

  4. Add questions to the shared training questions doc or bring them to the check-in.

  5. Use the reference sections later as needed.

What Success Looks Like

By the end of the trial, a Business Development Representative should be able to:

  • Explain IGC clearly in 30–60 seconds

  • Identify good-fit event opportunities

  • Start conversations with planners, DMCs, agencies, venues, and corporate event contacts

  • Ask basic qualification questions

  • Track contacts and follow-up in Bigin

  • Bring IGC into the right conversations at the right time

  • Hand off qualified opportunities with enough detail for the team to act

  • Avoid overpromising pricing, product availability, timelines, or logistics
